I recently purchased raw walnuts, dry roasted salted almonds, and dry roasted salted cashews from Nuts Factory and wanted to share my experience. **Positives:** The carry bag was good quality, and the ziplock packaging is very convenient for storage. If you prefer lightly salted nuts, this is a great option. The raw walnuts were excellent — fresh, great taste, and definitely the highlight of my purchase. **Negatives:** About 5% of the cashews had a slightly bitter taste and didn’t seem evenly roasted. The almonds were a bit disappointing — around 30–40% of them tasted bitter, which affected the overall experience. **Overall Rating: 4/5** * Walnuts: 5/5 * Cashews: 4/5 * Almonds: 3/5 Would still recommend for the walnuts and for those who prefer less salty nuts, but there’s room for improvement in roasting consistency.

Very clean store and super organised. They have good collection. I love their Dubai Dates. The girl working their is very polite and patient.

The moment you walk in, you’re hit with rows of fresh, colorful nuts and treats that look as good as they taste. Everything feels really good, from the quality to the packaging. The staff makes the experience warm and easy.

I’ve been to Nuts Factory several times, but this last visit was truly disgusting. In the pistachio section, I found insects mixed in with the products — something completely unacceptable for a place that sells food. I wanted to believe it was just a one-time issue, but it looked far too unhygienic to ignore. I took photos as proof and will be sharing them on their social media so people can see what’s really happening. A store that handles food should never operate under these conditions. Honestly, it’s upsetting and disappointing to see such a lack of hygiene and care for customers.

Popped in here today to grab a few things for a Father’s Day gift and was thrilled to see how clean, organized and nice it was in there. Chris at the register was so kind and helpful to us & also explained their loyalty program, which we of course joined. Love this place! Great addition and can’t wait to come back for more!
